Each Play My Way guest enjoys a private kennel run, offering a quiet, comfortable place to relax between activities. There’s also space for items from home—favorite beds, blankets, or toys—so your pup is surrounded by familiar comforts.

Play My Way Overnighters receive consistent, attentive care day and night—compassionate supervision, gentle handling, and personalized attention that helps your dog feel safe, relaxed, and right at home while you’re away.

Our Communication & Care Escalation Commitment

Most days are filled with wagging tails and joyful play—but we’re always ready if something feels off. Should your dog have a difficult day due to a health concern, behavioral change, or unexpected incident, we respond promptly, communicate clearly, and escalate care as appropriate.

• Observe & Inform – For minor issues that don’t require veterinary care, we’ll closely monitor your dog, note everything in their report card, and share updates at pickup—or sooner if there’s a change.
• Same-Day Veterinary Needs – If a situation calls for vet attention but isn’t an emergency, we’ll immediately remove your dog from their care program, contact you right away, and walk through the details so you can visit your veterinarian or work with us on next steps.
• Emergency Transport – For urgent or serious situations, we’ll transport your dog directly to the emergency veterinary hospital, call you while en route, and remain in communication until you’re fully informed.
