Social Play
Supervised group play organized around size, energy and play style, with structured play and rest throughout the day.
Best for: Social dogs who enjoy an active group environment and love spending time with dog friends.
Play My Way
Socialization designed around your dog.
Personalized socialization with one-on-one attention, enrichment and carefully selected social opportunities, including sibling play.
Best for: Shy, selective or independent dogs who don’t enjoy traditional group daycare and prefer one-on-one attention, smaller groups or play with familiar dog friends.
Assisted Canine Care
Specialized daycare and overnight care for senior and special needs dogs who need more hands-on support.
Best for: Dogs who benefit from a slower pace, mobility assistance, medication support or additional help throughout their day.

Best Friends Fur Ever offers several daycare options so dogs aren’t expected to fit into one style of care.
- Social Play is designed for dogs who enjoy supervised group play.
- Play My Way offers one-on-one attention, enrichment and more personalized social opportunities.
- Assisted Canine Care (ACC) provides additional support for senior, aging and special needs dogs.
That’s okay. Not every dog enjoys a large group environment. Play My Way is designed for dogs who may prefer one-on-one attention, smaller or more carefully selected social interactions, enrichment or play with familiar dog friends. BFFE focuses on finding the type of day that works for the individual dog rather than treating daycare as pass or fail.
No temperament test required and unaltered dogs are welcome in this program.
Yes. Assisted Canine Care (ACC) provides specialized daycare for senior and special needs dogs who need more hands-on support.
Care can include a slower pace, mobility assistance, medication support, additional potty breaks and enrichment based on each dog’s abilities and needs.
Medically stable dogs who are not ready to return to their normal routine may be eligible for ACC+ Recovery Care at our Cockeysville location.
ACC+ can support veterinarian-prescribed activity restrictions, medication schedules, mobility needs and recovery routines. Eligibility depends on the individual dog and their care requirements.
Dogs entering Social Play complete an evaluation so our team can learn about their play style, comfort level and behavior around other dogs.
Dogs participating in Play My Way do not require a traditional group-play temperament evaluation. Our team can help determine the appropriate starting point for your dog.
Not necessarily. Dogs older than seven months who are not spayed or neutered may participate in Play My Way. Eligibility for other daycare programs depends on the program and your dog’s individual needs.
BFFE requires specific vaccinations and health records before dogs attend daycare. Requirements are designed to help protect the health of dogs throughout our resorts.

We also offer half-day daycare where your dog can participate in morning or afternoon play rotation.
Early Drop-off and Late Pick-up Services
Early drop-offs are available by appointment only at 4:45 AM prompt (additional charges apply).
Late pick-ups are available by appointment only between 9 – 9:30 PM and 11 – 11:30 PM (additional charges apply).
* Pick-up or drop-off outside our designated hours without an appointment will incur an additional fee.

Play Safe Collars
For your dog’s safety, all guests are required to wear a breakaway collar while in our care. These collars are specially designed to release if your pup were to get caught on a playmate or object, helping prevent injuries.
- First Visit: New pups may rent a collar for their initial day.
- Returning Visits: A breakaway collar is required and can be purchased from us for $15.
Important Note: Breakaway collars are designed for safety during play. Please walk your dog into our resort using a standard leash and collar, as breakaway collars are not suitable for leash walking.
