• Same-Day Veterinary Needs – If your dog needs veterinary attention but it isn’t an emergency, we’ll immediately remove them from their care program, contact you right away, and walk through the details so you can visit your veterinarian or partner with us on next steps.
• Emergency Transport – For urgent or serious situations, we’ll transport your dog directly to the emergency veterinary hospital, call you while on the way, and stay in communication until you’re fully informed.
