At Best Friends Fur Ever, growth isn’t just about expanding our services—it’s about growing our people. We’re proud to announce the promotion of Lindsay Caraballo-Cofield to General Manager of our Cockeysville operations.
Lindsay has been an integral part of the BFFE family for the past four years, most recently serving as Resort Administrator at our Cockeysville location. During that time, she has helped shape the day-to-day experience for both our dogs and our team—building strong staff, creating structure, and ensuring every pet in our care receives consistent, high-quality attention.
Her leadership has played a key role in some of the most exciting developments at the resort. From launching our Play My Way program to introducing Luxury Lodging and helping bring our Assisted Canine Care Plus (ACC+) program to life, Lindsay has been at the center of our evolution toward more personalized, thoughtful care.

Before joining BFFE, Lindsay spent seven years with Royal Farms, where she built a strong foundation in leadership and operations. Since joining our team, she has continued to grow into a thoughtful and capable leader, bringing both structure and heart to everything she does.
In her new role, Lindsay will continue to lead daily operations in Cockeysville while also supporting our Joppa location—helping to strengthen programs, align teams, and continue raising the standard of care across both resorts.
