- Download the Gingr for Pet Parents app from iOS or Google Play store.
- After downloading, enter BFFE’s facility code: 291037
- Once you’ve saved your credentials, you’ll have full access to the Gingr for Pet Parents app.
- New customers can also create their profile directly in the app instead of using the website.
The Gingr for Pet Parent App offers several benefits to help pet parents manage their pet care needs effectively.

- Account Management
- You can create and manage your account, update your pet’s profile anytime, and adjust dietary preferences or special care instructions, ensuring our caregivers have all the essential information
- You will have access to managing your pup’s medical history, vaccine records, behavioral notes, and preferences all at your fingertips
2. Booking & Scheduling
- Easily book appointments, view availability, or change appointments for any of our services, including boarding, daycare, grooming, or training
- Gingr for Pet Parents app will allow you to view all of our available dates, times, services, and schedule reoccurring services
3. Payments & Invoicing
- Pet parents can securely pay invoices directly through the app
- Payment methods like credit cards or bank transfers can be stored conveniently at check out
4. Communication
- You will receive notifications and updates about your pet(s) during their stay providing you peace of mind
- The app allows pet parents the ability to track the status of their pet’s appointments (ex: checking to see when their pet is checked in or picked up from our resorts)
- The app will notify you each time we update your report cards, download a photo, or provide an update so that you can feel connected to your four-legged friend while they are in our care
- Pet parents can directly message our staff through the app to ask questions, confirm appointments, or receive important updates

- Pet parents can set reminders for vaccinations, grooming appointments and other important pet care tasks that will be directly at your fingertips on your phone
