Many of our Cockeysville guests know Sarah, our incredible Shift Leader who keeps the trains on the tracks every day. Sarah is a dog person through and through—she just gets them.
Last week, Sarah went above and beyond by stepping in to cover an overnight shift. During her rounds, she noticed that one of our four-legged guests wasn’t feeling well. Thanks to her vigilance, she quickly recognized the signs of bloat and immediately contacted our Resort Manager. Together, they acted fast to transport the pup to the Pet E.R. just up the road.
Because of Sarah’s quick thinking and care, the vet was able to save that pup’s life. Not only did she ensure swift medical attention, but she also supported the pet parent every step of the way.
