As our 1st dog, we could not have asked for a kinder, loving dog to have as part of our family. We adopted her from Louisiana after her owners gave her up. Sugar was 8 years old and the sweetest girl. She adored our mailman. She would run across the court to meet him and walk around with him until he got to our house. She loved everyone and everyone loved her. We miss her so very much every day. Unfortunately, she aged and couldn’t get around very well so we had to say goodbye in May 2020.
Sugar loved coming to Best Friends and hanging out behind the front desk. Sugar knew where we were going once got in the car. Everyone there took great care of her.
